Hi, I’m Adam Amouri, also known as The Circuit King. As a Level 3 personal trainer and online coach, I specialise in high-intensity circuit training and bodyweight workouts designed to help you burn fat, build lean muscle, and deliver you big results in a short space of time. I’m a hybrid coach, which means I  offer both an in person mobile personal training service to people across London, as well as online coaching for clients across the UK and worldwide, providing structured workout and nutrition plans, video coaching and ongoing support to keep you on track.
